Northwestern Medical Center was fed up with their subscription-based digital signage vendor. After multiple issues, they were looking for a better solution. With just weeks to go before the grand opening of their brand new outpatient facility, they reached out to us for help. We answered the call by designing a custom CMS for their digital signage complete with dynamic content served from their website, social feeds as well as custom applications to communicate wait-times to patients in the waiting room. 2 years after the initial install, it was reported to us that they had experienced 100% uptime with their digital signage deployment.
